4 oz protein pasta farfalle or twist work best
12 oz of raw chicken diced
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp Worcester sauce
2 tsp cumin
2 garlic cloves, minced

1) Fill a large pot with salted water and bring to a boil. While waiting for boil heat a large saucepan between low and medium and dice chicken and garlic.

2) After about five minutes cook the pasta two minutes below the cooking time add olive oil to large saucepan and move around pan. Add garlic and stir constantly for two to three minutes. Add chicken and cover. Stir every few minutes.

3) After pasta is done run under cold water to prevent further cooking. Add cumin to chicken and stir again. Once chicken has cooked turn to medium high to high heat and add pasta, water, Worcester sauce, and soy sauce stirring constantly until any leftover liquid has evaporated and serve immediately.
